From time to time we provide one on one training support. For your security only complete these steps when directed by your tech coach!
Click Quick Support Linka separate window/tab will open with a TEAMVIEWER support page ... and a program will begin downloading to your computer.
Once the Program downloads it may automatically launch or require you to run it (depending on your system settings).
The program will run and your operating system will ask you to "ok" this process with an ALLOW or YES answer.
Once this program runs a small rectangular window will appear with LuminEd Team Viewer info - wait at this point for further instructions from your coach.
